Jillian Hennessy was born in 1968 on November 25, and is renowned as a gifted Canadian musician, actor and songwriter. Her contribution to American Television are well-known. She has been praised for her stellar performances in the American TV show Law & Order in which she played Claire Kincaid as a prosecutor for three seasons. She also appeared on Crossing Jordan, wherein she played Jordan Cavanaugh the main character over a period of six years. She also put her acting abilities displayed in the movies RoboCop 3 Most Wanted as and Chutney Popcorn & The Acting Class. In these independent films, she showed off her co-directing and writing muscles. The acting career of Hennessy began in 1988 when she and her sister played twin Callgirls on Dead Ringers. In 1990, she made an appearance in a short stint on Broadway on Broadway as Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story. Then, she moved to sci-fi, and portrayed Dr. Marie Lazarus (RoboCop 3) in 1993. Later that same year she was appointed the assistant prosecutor Claire Kincaid in the hit NBC Crime Drama Law & Order. For these, she received a Golden Globe Award and Emmy Award. Parker won the 2001 Tony Award as Best Actress at the Broadway Show Proof.
